Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Mindglad website and app experiences.

Wellness Notice

Mindglad provides guided meditation and hypnosis-style voiceover sessions for general wellness. Mindglad is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Professional Support

If you are dealing with addiction, a mental health condition, a medical condition, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, seek qualified professional help. Mindglad can be a supportive self-help tool, but it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Access

A limited sample may be available before checkout. Full Mindglad access is a paid subscription. We may add, remove, or update sessions and features over time.

Free Trial and Subscription

Monthly and Annual plans begin with a 7-day free trial. We collect a card or supported wallet payment method when you start. You pay £0 today. Unless you cancel before day 7, the Annual plan charges £59.97 per year or the Monthly plan charges £12.95 per month. We send a reminder on day 5. You can cancel in two taps from your account before day 7 and pay nothing. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Payments

Stripe processes card and wallet payments. By starting a trial, you authorize Stripe to save your payment method and charge the selected plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Any Lifetime plan shown on the separate pricing page is a one-time payment and does not include a free trial.

Privacy and Advertising Measurement

We use Stripe for payments and Meta Pixel plus Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement. We do not sell personal data. Our Privacy Policyexplains the data involved and the choices available to you.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Mindglad, interfere with the site or app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, copy paid or protected content, or use Mindglad in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Content

Mindglad content, branding, audio, copy, and visual assets are owned by Mindglad or its licensors. You may use Mindglad for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or reuse the content without permission.

Mindglad is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or compatibility with every device, browser, or platform.
