Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Mindglad collects, how it is used, and how to contact us.

Overview

Mindglad provides guided meditation and hypnosis-style voiceover sessions for general wellness. Some samples are available before checkout. Full access is provided through a paid subscription.

Data We Collect

We collect the information needed to deliver plans, operate subscriptions, support members, and measure advertising.

• Email address and account details used to save and deliver your plan.
• Quiz responses used to personalize your plan. We do not send those responses to Meta.
• Subscription and payment status. Stripe processes card and wallet details; Mindglad does not receive full card numbers.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API identifiers, page events, device data, IP address, and advertising attribution such as UTMs or a Meta click ID.
• We may receive support information if you email us, including your email address and message.
• Hosting providers may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

Payments and Advertising Measurement

We use Stripe to collect payment details and manage subscriptions. We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance, including plan views, genuine email leads, trial starts, and captured purchases. We do not use quiz answers or wellness response text as Meta event parameters or audience keys.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential browser storage to save your quiz progress, authentication, and privacy choice. With your permission, we also load Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site use and advertising performance. Optional analytics and advertising technologies stay off unless you select “Accept optional”. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button on the site.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share full payment-card details because Stripe handles them directly.
• We do not send quiz answers or wellness text to Meta for advertising measurement.

How We Use Data

• To provide the website, guided sessions, and support.
• To create and manage accounts, trials, subscriptions, reminders, and cancellations.
• To measure ads and improve the conversion funnel using Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
• To respond when you contact us.

Retention

We retain account, subscription, and transaction records as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Advertising event data is retained according to our providers' settings and applicable law.

Your Choices

• You can decline to continue beyond the free sample.
• You can cancel a subscription from your account before day 7 and pay nothing.
• You can delete local browser data from your browser settings.
• You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising cookies, and change that choice later.
• You can request help through the support page.
• You can request account deletion through the account deletion page.

Children

Mindglad is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
